Kindale Holdings Ltd. is a North Canterbury cattle farming and contracting business at Summerhill. They purchased a new Vicon Balepak at the beginning of the 2001/2002 season from Farm Machinery and Repairs Blenheim. Baling and wrapping in one pass. The automatic net wrapping system is activated when the pre-set bale density has been reached. Once the bale density has been achieved the bale is automatically unloaded from the chamber and onto the transfer fork, the transfer fork then transfers the bale directly onto the wrapping table. The twin satilite wrapper wraps the bale quickly and efficiently then gently lowers the wrapped bale onto the ground. Combining baling and wrapping simplifies the operator's job and saves on labour and machinery.
